Fasting for weight loss may seem like a good idea for most people, but believe me when I say that it is never a good diet tip because you will most likely suffer than benefit from it. If you are indeed serious in losing weight, then the only way for you to achieve this would be to start with a balanced diet, a good exercise routine and lots of dedication.
