The 7-Day Diet – No Time to Waste, Lose Weight Now!


A very quick and efficient diet, which will help you lose weight and freshen up your body. The
main product featured in this diet is the pumpkin. If you are not very familiar with it and its many
qualities, it is time to try it. Pumpkins are mineral and vitamin rich and they work as a natural
antioxidant. The 7-Day Diet is not difficult to follow, however it is a proven method to quickly get
rid of a few kilos. Every morning you should drink a cup of green tea (without sugar) for breakfast. If
you feel hungry until lunch, drink lots of water. Unlike many other diets, which claim the breakfast is
most important of all, this 7-Day Diet tries the reverse procedure. Start eating at lunch!
Day 1
Lunch: pumpkin omelet, steamed fish and a fruit (depending on the season)
Dinner: Carrots salad, grilled chicken and yoghurt
Day 2
Lunch: Tomato salad, grilled shrimps and crab rolls, yoghurt
Dinner: Pine apple salad, tuna, vegetable omelet and tea.
Day 3
Lunch: Apples, Ham on toast, beans, yoghurt
Dinner: Chicken soup with rise, yoghurt
Day 4:
Lunch: Vegetable soup, mackerel, cheese on toast, hoeny
Dinner : Fresh cabbage salad with jacked potatoes, boiled eggs, fruits
Day 5
Lunch: Apple salad, fish, strawberries and grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
Dinner: Baked potatoes with onion, peppers omelet, kiwi
Day 6
Lunch: Pumpkin cream-soup, mince deli, lemons
Dinner: Sweet corn salad, cheese , yoghurt and baked pumpkin with milk and honey
Day 7
Lunch: Carrot salad, rise, tuna/salmon in a tin, white meat, preferably baked or boiled
Dinner: Freshly squeezed carrot juice, grilled fish with potato salad, yoghurt
